Prior to founding his advisory and consulting practice, Zack spent 5 years at Dialogue as VP Sales where he was responsible for driving the company’s sales efforts, resulting in Dialogue’s IPO in March 2021 (TSX: CARE). During that time, Zack led the team from a few hundred thousand in revenue to more than $90M ARR at the time of his departure. Before Dialogue, Zack spent most of his career at Lightspeed (TSX: LSPD), where he began as a Junior Sales Rep, held several positions within the sales team, and ultimately became VP Sales over a period of nearly 10 years. In addition to his sales leadership roles, Zack has experience in all aspects of go-to-market, including Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success.
